This policy explains how we process personal data on this website. It follows the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP / nDSG). Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies, we also comply with it.
2. What data we process
a) When you visit the website
Our web server automatically records technical data: IP address, date and time of access, the page visited, browser and operating system. We need this data to run the website securely and to detect errors and misuse. It is deleted after a short period unless it is needed for security reasons.
b) When you contact us
If you write to us by email or phone, we process your name, contact details and the content of your message to answer you and handle your request. We keep this data as long as needed for that purpose or as required by law.
c) For projects and contracts
If we work with you on a production or rental, we process the data needed to plan and carry out the project, invoice it and meet our legal duties (e.g. accounting records, which we keep for 10 years under Swiss law).
3. Cookies
This website uses technically necessary cookies so that it works properly. Embedded content from third parties (see section 4) may set its own cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some features may then not work.

a) Vimeo
We show our films through Vimeo (Vimeo.com, Inc., USA). When you play a video, Vimeo receives data such as your IP address and information about your device. If you are logged in to Vimeo, it can link this to your account. Privacy policy: https://vimeo.com/privacy
b) YouTube
Some content may link to or embed YouTube (Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC, USA). Privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
c) Google Maps

d) Links to social networks
We link to our profiles on IMDb, Vimeo, YouTube and LinkedIn. These are plain links. No data is sent to these platforms until you click on them.
e) Website statistics (Matomo)
We use Matomo, an open-source analytics tool, to understand how visitors use our website. Matomo runs on our own web server; no data is passed to third parties. We use it without cookies and shorten IP addresses before storage, so visitors cannot be identified. The data is used only to improve the website and is deleted after 12 months. You can block tracking at any time with the “Do Not Track” setting in your browser.
5. Transfer abroad
Some of the providers above process data in the USA or other countries that may not offer the same level of data protection as Switzerland. In these cases we rely on recognised safeguards, such as the Swiss-US / EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
6. Hosting
This website runs on WordPress and is hosted by an external provider that processes data on our behalf and is bound by data protection obligations.
7. Data security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. This includes encrypted transmission (HTTPS).
8. Your rights
You have the right to know what personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a common format. You can also contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC, www.edoeb.admin.ch) or, in the EU, the data protection authority in your country.
